These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MouthWatch website, TeleDent software, and related products and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

You may use our services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.

Products and Orders

Orders for physical products are subject to our Shipping & Returns policy. TeleDent subscriptions are governed by the MouthWatch Master Subscription Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MouthWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
